Conspiracy Comics 1 is available on jimrugg.com
Hello, everyone —
My new comic book, CONSPIRACY COMICS 1, is ready for you! It starts with my best cover ever. My neighbor has a letterpress print shop and he gave me access to the shop for a couple of days. There’s a bigger, more detailed post about that process on my Patreon. It definitely gives the book a unique look!
CONSPIRACY COMICS 1 features 3 complete stories:
PITTSBURGH’S GREATEST MYSTERY — in 1956, a B-25 Bomber crashed into the Monongahela River. It was never seen again! People have been searching for it ever since. Did someone remove it secretly? WHAT was on that plane? WHO was on that plane?
In Christmas Cage Match, KERRY VON ERICH (as seen in the recent movie, The Iron Claw) takes on NWA Champion, Ric Flair. The events of this match kicked off the hottest feud in professional wrestling and it’s still talked about today!
WAR ON DRUGS - What hope does one man have against the biggest drug cartel in the world?
NOTE: I have restocked TRUE CRIME FUNNIES, 1986 ZINE, and BW ZINE on my web store as well as several of my back issues like Street Angel and Octobriana.
RETAILERS!
I love comic book stores and I would love for your store to carry my comics! If you want to sell Conspiracy Comics 1, True Crime Funnies 1, 1986 Zine, or BW zine in your store, email jimruggart@gmail.com!
HEROES CON, Thank you!
HeroesCon 2024 was this past weekend and I have to thank EVERYONE! Fans, artists, dealers, Arn Anderson, the volunteers…even the Charlotte Convention Center security team, who set the tone each morning when they greeted me with smiles and warm “welcomes” — THANK YOU!
Shelton Drum, the owner of Heroes Aren’t Hard to Find, started HeroesCon in 1982. Over 40 years later, HeroesCon is one of the greatest institutions for comic book fans and creators that I’ve ever experienced. If you love comics, HeroesCon feels like home. Strangers are friends at HeroesCon, and friends are family there.
I want to thank Shelton, Karla, and Seth. I can’t imagine the hard work they do to make this event so special. And I’ll never thank them enough for what they do.
If you love comics, add HeroesCon to your list of must-visit events.

Thank you,

Great to see something new. I'm snatching it up immediately.
